I have no experience in picking shrooms, I found these on my property today. Are they ok to digest. I live in tweed heads NSW Australia.

They certainly look like actives to me. Take a sore print if you want to be sure. Purple spores and I'd say you're good.

You might need to provide some more information to get a definitive identification. Were these found growing on cow dung? They look like young psilocybe cubensis, or possibly psilocybe subaeruginosa although it is well past their season, and they are rarer the further north you go along the east coast. The blue bruising is a good sign. Definitely take a spore print (take the cap off and place it on a white sheet of paper for a few hours) and possibly upload some photos that show the gills in better quality. Wait for a TI to confirm.

Yes I found them growing in cow dung, as for the weather, it has been a lot colder then usually and it’s been raining for the last 8days so maybe that’s got something to do with it. The spur print has come up black with a hint of purple.

I'm pretty confident what you've found is psilocybe cubensis, although I would definitely encourage waiting for a TI to confirm. Just make sure all of them have stained blue where you have injured the mushroom (eg. cut it or pinched the stem), but the spore print and the fact they were growing from cow dung provides more evidence for psilocybe cubensis. If you would like to read up more about how to identify psilocybe cubensis this is a great resource:

Some pics of the top of the caps would help.
