Yes, providing the conditions are right.

OP I would hold off and wait until we get some more rain. None of my liberty caps fields are fruiting as of yet, I'm north of your location.

Liberty caps need grass that is soaked with horse or cow manure.

Except I have yet to find any in cow fields. Avoid paddocks, pens and generally anywhere that appears to have been trampled. Pastures where horses graze, preferably north eastern facing with lots of moisture, is where you should be looking.
