Portland liberty caps?

I posted last week thinking I had found liberty caps and was told they were mycena. I changed my search area to much deeper thicker grass (about three feet tall and decaying) and found these. Brings back memories. These were all found in about three square feet. The only mushrooms I found in a very large area. Are all of these liberty caps?

I'm no expert, but the gills seem to be a bit light in color to be liberty caps and the caps dont have that slimy look that most liberty caps have. Did you take a spore print?

do not post pictures of s jumble of mushrooms and ask if they are all the same species. even when you are identifying them in person, tmixed collections are one of the quickest routs to pissoning when collectiing psilocybian mushroms, and to do so from a picture is dangerous.

i can't say taht any of those are semies.

some things to check:

1.) is there any blue bruising?
2.) are the caps viscid when fresh and moist?
3.) when you break the cap apart, does the cuticle tend to seperate and peel off?
4.) are the spore pringts purple?

any specimens not fiting all of these should be comsidered suspect, and any not fitting at least the second and last should be disregaurded on sight.

The nipple is not pronounced enough. They lack the bell end and the colour is way off. You sound like someone dicing with death there , mate. Do you not have someone in your area can take you picking to show you the way without taking random guesses?
