san pedro / aya after 9 day fast

I've been fasting for 9 days straight now, only water tea coffee and stevia.

My entire experience with psychadelics is one Aya retreat of two ceremonies night after night, and one half LSD carton.

We want to do San Pedro in a park outside of town. Anyone has experience doing it during a long fast?

I'm also curious about Aya and kambo while fasting.

Thanks in advance!

PS. I'm fasting for general health and mental clarity, and to (hopefully) cure some skin problems.

You should take a multi-vitamin or something. Not eating protein and intermittent fasting is a little rough on that body of yours. You're already in ketosis as is.

That sounds unhealthy, you shouldn't need to fast beyond your stomach contents multiple days won't potentiate the experience just weakens your body.

The longer the fast the closer you are to God/your highest self. Expect medicines to be much more powerful and sensitivity to them enhanced.

Fasting is great, especially long durations, you can survive without food for awhile, people do 30+ days.

It's usually done as a vision quest when you want to get intimate and closer to your true self

It's hard the first couple days, then all desires for food disappear and this enhanced state of being begins to take over, like a natural psychedelic

yeah dont the Indian folks do that a lot to achieve this type of feeling ^^??

Just remember its going 2 be intense, especially on that major fast.. I usually just don't eat the day I am going 2 trip and consider that a fast... But you sir are FASTING! lol

How did you feel on your last fast? Did 1 day feel good? I wonder when does it stop to feel good? Its like; the man wants to know.

Ive done a considerable fast before, that left me feeling rejuvenated and aliviated although strained and happy to conclude the passage with a very slowly eaten meal...

Explore fasting, and ill recommend a fruit eating contest. Go vego for one week!!! :smile:

From my limited experience of one ass kicking mescaline trip, I'd say proceed with extreme caution.
Mescaline is absolutely wonderful, but it can be a rough ride on your body. Few people can get through the cactus tea without barfing. And with a totally empty stomach you could be in for six hours of dry heaves to go along with your trip. Consider as well, that you'll be frying for a good ten hours, and will probably be awake for more than 24 straight before it's all over. Best of luck however you proceed.
