Do some research into the Wildlands Project. Look at their maps that show where they are closing the country down. It's definitely not for wildlife. It's not like mountain lions are trying to cross the freeway from the orocopias to go to the general patton museum to look at ww2 tanks.:rolleyes: The wilderness areas there and all through the desert southwest are already extensive.

The Wildlands Project
With a goal of placing 50% of the United States into “wildlands”, The Wildlands Project sounds like something out of a science fiction book.  When one starts reading documents from the United Nations, like the UN Biodiversity Treaty, and researching “Wildlands” and “Wildlands Project” on the internet, though, it isn’t that far out a proposition.

There are numerous websites that show the organizations actively working toward achieving the goal as set out in The Wildlands Project, a brainchild of Dave Foreman of Earth 1st and others.  The Wildlands Network has a map on their website showing the “wildways” desired for wolves, bears and other long-ranging animals – many of which are being “reintroduced” into areas that conflict with where people live, work and play.  The idea, however, is to move the people into “sustainable communities” – ie “pack ’em and stack ’em” cities and out of the rural areas.

One needs only to see the myriad of rules, regulations and the agencies promulgating them to get the idea that “something is drastically wrong”.  No longer do individuals seem to have a voice – meetings are held by the dozens, with presentations made and little, if any, opportunity for people to voice their dissent.  Rather, a new methodology is being used – called “consensus” – where the predetermined outcomes are already set, and meetings are nothing more than a meager play at something slightly resembling information.  The plans have already been set; it’s just a matter of “telling” the people what is planned for them.



In Washington State, we’ve seen the implemention in the growth management act, critical areas ordinances, wetland designations, “planning”, so many “studies” costing so much money that it’s impossible to keep track of them all.

Over the years, more and more land has either been bought outright by government entities, or regulated to the point that it’s difficult to do anything with it other than what is “allowed” by the various government agencies – and then only when fees and/or taxes are paid for the honor.



This is not what our Founding Fathers had in mind when they wrote the U.S. Constitution, particularly with the individual rights set out in the first 10 amendments to that great document – the Bill of Rights.  These rights are God-given, not government-given.  Before our eyes, that is changing; and with the concepts of “sustainability”, “environmentalism”, and “wildlands”, our form of government is changing from government of, by and for the people, to government of, by and run by government agencies at all levels.

Only when individual citizens come to realize the danger our form of government is in, and take some action with electing people who understand and truly agree to govern by the Constitution and rule of law, will we return to a “people first” form of government.

Dave Foreman and I was part of Earth First!
They lost their way when they came down from the old growth tree sits.

I suppose for city dwelling people, this sounds like nothing. they aren't using the public lands anyway unless it's family vacation, and then they avoid the out of reach spots and go to places like yosemite.

Yeah that’s crazy talk.

Contiguous habitats are important. Humans share this country with wildlife, and it’s a big country. I think it’s totally appropriate to limit human activity in areas to preserve a natural balance. Nobody is trying to corral people into a tiny percentage of the land. These people are just trying to make sure a tiny percentage of the land isn’t ruined by human greed:

Even I noticed a few years ago in Oregon along the entirety of I-5, they have redesigned it so that they can shut down sections of the freeway easier, keep traffic from turning around with millions of dollars in steel fencing. It's unreal but it is happening. The european jewish people didn't think they were going to be corralled either. Now they live surrounded by their enemies with an arms race economy thriving from it making certain families wealthy who were at the center of the whole thing from the beginning. I don't get how fucking blind most people are, or just don't want to admit that all money is soaked in blood and hunger.

I think he hates "city dwelling people", some of us enjoy being around other humans and not having to drive 30 minutes to goto a store.. so i guess we shouldn't care about or be able to use any natural areas or wildlands due to where we live :frown:

It's like you don't even go out there. They are protecting the land by putting millions of fiberglass signs in the ground. The ohv(off highway vehicle) trails have been there forever and now are disappearing. These lands were not being impacted by humans, and mountain lions do not understand what a corridor is. The don't even give them runs under the freeway like they do for the ocelots in texas. They still are expecting them to be able to cross the freeways. This is not about animals. I know you didn't even watch that video because you responded before you could have even spent the time to watch it, but yet you still commented. That just makes you look ignorant.

Nobody is trying to get everyone to live in concentration camps. Jesus Christ. It’s really sad how this cult of radical individualism has infected so many peoples. It’s so fucking selfish. The government isn’t trying to take anything away from you. It’s trying to prevent people from ruining every square inch of land.

the OHV trails going away protects the lands... less humans and vehicles are a good thing..

And yes.. i saw about 10 seconds of that video then clicked through it.. the guy that made it is a nutbag.. then i checked his channel and its full of crazy shit.. i might as well be watching ancient aliens..

P.S. i personally couldn't give a shit bout any of this.. i'm just bored at work and love conspiracy whackos:)
