Since its the military, they can take over wildlife land.

One episode of Finding Bigfoot featured a federal energy research site right in the middle of wildlife refuge land. The military can basically do whatever they want when it comes to these remote areas.

I saw your pics passi, very intriguing and that area looked alot like Area 51. Remote dry desert. Typically secret underground military bases are built in deserts. Not sure why but probably cause they dont have to deal with an underground water table :shrug:

Im saying one episode they were saying there was a secret government facility on national forest protected land, and during the bigfoot hunt, they saw a black hawk helicopter, which is a common sighting around UFOs near military facilities.

There was no Bigfoot/Military connection. Just a coincidence.

But i bet the gov knows what Bigfoot is :strokebeard:

Well he made an assumption that it *could* be plutonium.

How much do u know about nuclear materials? Could plutonium be manufactured into an aqueous solution?

I believe they are expecting something and they are testing their system. Kinda like a "early warning" message for the future.

What they are expecting could be multiple different things.

Spent reactor fuel generates heat and must be kept in pools of circulating water that keeps them cool. If they are not actively cooled, they metals eventually get so hot they react with air and water and melt. This is what happened in Fukushima. The uranium/zirconium alloy got hot enough to react with water, releasing hydrogen gas which floated to the top of the reactor building and collected until something ignited it, like a stray spark.
