ID Request? Northeastern PA

Habitat:
Neighbour's front garden. Mulch is used

Gills:
Appeared to be dark, some a blue/black color.

Stem:
Thin, Rise only about 2-3in from the ground

Cap:
Maybe 1-3 inches in diameter. Conical but some appear to be flattening and rising.

Spore print color:
[TBD]

Bruising:
[TBD]

Other information:

Found in my Neighbour's front garden. I saw these while mowing their lawn and plan on asking them tomorrow if I may harvest one to test. My question: Are these are safe to touch and harvest? I'm a novice at harvesting and I've only ever seen mushrooms after they've already been dried out, and I just want to be extra careful even before i take a sporeprint



I think they may be Panaeolus Cinctulus, but unfortunately I must wait until tomorrow to get better close-up shots, don't wanna be snooping without permission

Jump the fence. Get in real close.


Take close up pictures of them, include the underside of the mushrooms as well.

Looks like possibly Psilocybe Cyanescens.(wavycaps) def not pans.
Gotta get a better look tho.
