Been waitin' 17 days for 2nd flush...

Hey all, 2 casing (made from pf cakes, 60/40 coco verm)
fruited wonderfully with beautiful fruits, after I harvested
I re-patched them and placed a thin layer of 60/40 over them
then placed them again in the terrarium. It's been 2 weeks
and 1/2 and no pinning yet. Were I supposed to put once
again the casings in the incubator or should I just wait
some more?
I keep on moisting once a day the layer over the casings, to
grant a good moisture to the substrate.

Any idea? Thanx :wink:

I'm a newb to this but from what I have read you were supposed to dunk after the first flush. Wish I knew enough to help you, but I don't.....yet.

put the casing under water (mix in some h202) and then put it in the fridge over nite..in the morning..drain and put in the chamber to fruit.

No need to reincubate. Are you sure your providing enough moisture to the casing? Considering shrooms are 90% water, if your first flush was 100 gr. wet there?s been a lost of 90 gr. water + some more due to evaporation in the first flush.
You need to get that water back and keep the moisture high (+ 90%) in your chamber to avoid excess evaporation if you want to get a 2nd flush. IME, a dry substrate will not produce shrooms.

just put ur sub in a bucket of water for like 3 hours for it to rehydrate then stick it back in your terr and mist the sides...
