Evolution obviously happens and anyone can verify this on their own with the right equipment. I do think that there are more selective mechanisms that have not yet been discovered or at least not yet been formalized, though. I think it is fair to reject Darwin's theory of evolution as being 100% explanatory. That doesn't mean evolution isn't happening, it just means Darwin's theory isn't totally adequate at explaining it.

I disagree with the concept of (purely) Random Mutation, the results of species living in various environments and their adaptive path seems fairly predictable. None of the adaptive features seem plausibly random. That doesn't account for mutations such as tumors, but I don't think the concepts of random and adaptive mutations are mutually exclusive.

The idea of intelligent design is still laughable

Right, I suspect that the process of crossing over in gamete formation is influenced by epigenetic factors.

Never evolution but focus on mutations,

I also found the human mind laughing at it 1st before expanding. Isnt it science about? But youll be stock if one cling to a single belief.
Luke, 12:31 - But seek God's Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you.

Environmental evolution is a childs play right?
Song of Solomon, 1:6 - Don't stare at me because I am dark, because the sun has scorched me. My mother's sons were angry with me. They made me keeper of the vineyards. I haven't kept my own vineyard.

Where Did pituitary gigantism came from?

My last :awelol:

darwinians are being stuck by clinging we descended from apes.
Where the theory of natural selections can only be explained by accidents that allegedly happened in nature.

Which makes Intelligent design unacceptable.
It points us to single biological parents,
that we are all brothers and sisters,
Closer interms of dna sampling than apes.

If I'm understanding you correctly this is a widely accepted concept. Random mutation is a single mechanism of genetic variation, but the evolutionary path is dictated by ecology and higher level processes which are anything but random. In fact there are entire fields of science dedicated to describing the evolution of complex systems in a predictable way. Even at the level of the individual mutation may be accelerated within certain parts of the genome in response to environmental stressors. Other mechanisms of genetic variation such as plasmid exchange are intimately tied to quorum sensing and virulence regulation and yet another example that evolution is not purely random. Evolution has led to the ability of organisms to manipulate it

As far as tumors go... I call that pseudo-evolution... but my views on that are not widely accepted yet lol

Thats interesting, its a subject I'd like to study further as time allows, I'm usually pretty done with deep thinking after practice though so that reduces other studies.

We as human from eve wont evolve.
The mtDNA or mtchondrial Eve destroys evolution.

Mutation according to the bible
The cross-breeding of the sons of God with the daughters of men produced these giants(pituitary gigantism)
-(Genesis 6:2-4) That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Focus on mutation.
flowering plants genome doubled 200 million years ago

Mutation is very much possible to happen with our blood - one of the most active things on earth that have life

Setting aside mutation and considering what is called in science as universal donor, type O blood,

the Bible speaks of definite scientific truth: God “hath made on one blood all nations of men"!
THE ACTS 17:26
And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Set aside theory natural selection and give bible some reading for Our Father is Great

Cuz it's fucking 200 years old. It was like the first well hypothesized theory of evolution that included strong supporting evidence.

Claiming evolution isn't real because Darwin didn't get everything right is like the earth doesn't revolve around the sun because Galileo misidentified some of the solar bodies. Or that the earth isn't round because Columbus never actually sailed around it.

But it's easier to "fight" one man who made a theory hundreds of years ago than it is the hundreds of scientists since (and even before) who helped define and uncover evidence of those theories. :ohwell:

I don't think we are disagreeing. I think the piece mischaracterizes and sensationalizes what are otherwise not unreasonable scientific perspectives

Quote:
Thus, it is the very chemistry that speaks of a need for something more than just time and chance. And whether that be simply a highly specified set of initial conditions (fine-tuning) or some form of continual guidance until life ultimately emerges is still unknown.

I don't think this is crazy at all

Nobody cares about your dopey bible. It's nonsense for stupid and weak people. It's a scam to get your money. You really think Noah put 2 of every animal on a ship and Jesus came back to life then moses turned water into wine? LOL, do you believe in the "Lord of the Rings" movie too, what about "The Walking Dead"? Get a grip bro. We're talking science, not imaginary friends.

There is a decent picture being painted of our hominid ancestry via the fossil record and I believe DNA now as well. I don't think we're that special, I do think as a species we have a superiority complex though.

Do u believe we are the only intelligent species in the Universe?

Cause it sounds like u think theres other intelligent life out there....
