Trump requesting info on top FBI informant during campaign

So who is this top level FBI CIA informant that is playing both sides? Apparently spied on the 2016 Trump campaign... all smoke and mirrors or was Obama ahead of the curve?

Based on how it is being presented in the article and in the media I suspect it might fall in line with what FOX News has been reporting all along. It breathes the classic "get out in front" of the story in hopes to control the narrative and lessen the damage. I don't think it's a dud.

It's not the sort of thing that will fly under the radar, though, after 6 hours from the OP it certainly has on this forum.

Having an informant in the opposite parties campaign?  Using the CIA/NSA/FBI to go after and bring down the opponents?  Lying to a fisa court? 

This all the markings of what a banana republic does.

Also Rodestein is another member of the Deep State, had signed off on FISA warrants.  That is what the IG is doing, and a federal prosecutor in UTAH is investigation into the misdeeds about Deep State, spying by members of the Obama administration, etc.

How can you guys believe that there's a widespread conspiracy across high ranking members of government yet you can't believe that Donald Trump might actually be a criminal? If there is such a wide and high level conspiracy why didn't they just rig the election for Hillary instead of going though all of this? What's their endgame, to get Pence in office?

Ever since the firing of jimmy jim comey the FBI has had a hard on for Trump, the deep state wants him gone all the while the FBI got illegal fisa warrants on his campaign due to the Obama administration...you cannot bring the president of the ppl down with the republican party supporting him.

source?  evidence?  what case can i reference where it was upheld that the FISA warrants were illegal?


if you or anyone else is relying on devin nunes for your assertion that the warrants were illegal, that's just off the hook lolable.

while nunes was putting out the memo (dun-dun-dunnnn) that supposedly outlined why the warrants were not, well, warranted, he was simultaneously voting in favor of increasing surveillance powers outlined in Section 702 of the law...under which no FISA judge is necessary and which authorizes warrantless fucking surveillance programs.

so we have nunes who is soooooo up in arms about FISA abuses, abuses he alleges happened under the main portion of the law, Title I, in which the FISC is involved, while at the same time opening the door for much more egregious abuse under Section 702. 

can you say disingenuous?

Illegal warrants? FISA exists so that the Feds can't just wiretap Americans without going through a court and presenting a case for the warrant. The reason members of the campaign were wiretapped was the FBI had evidence that a crime or espionage was being committed.

If the trump campaign didn't want to be scrutinized by the FBI they shouldn't have hired suspected Russian agents and people who get drunk and brag about the Russians having stolen emails.

They act like Papadapolus never told anyone that the Russians offered the campaign stolen emails and Don Jr didn't arrange a meeting with representatives of the Russian government as part of "russia support for the trump campaign" They want to ignore all the times trump staffers lied about their contacts with Russians.
