acid experience got fucked

i've always enjoyed lsd, it's been my favorite substance ever since i first experienced it. i have many revelations of things in my life that i could really improve on. i prefer to trip by myself but i am always open to tripping with friends.

  i took 2 tabs and layed in my bed adoring all my blacklights and velvet posters and just waited to start feeling some vibes. i had an amazing trip and everything was amazing. i felt very safe being by myself, i feel like you can explore your mind more that way. from the time that i dropped i had been craving a ciggie hella. about 4 hours into the trip i went to my car and lit a cig. then another, then another, and another.. the only bad trips ive ever had have been in my car for some odd reason. i just feel off. i started to get really scared for no reason about everything. my whole life, i was so anxious i thought about every aspect of my life. my mind was racing and my heart was racing. this went on a good while until i finally calmed down. i ended up thinking my whole life through, the things im happy with and the things im sad with. i came out on top, i shook my head with a pack of cigarettes in my hand because i know a pack a day isnt good for you. i thought about my finances and my friends, my job and my future. but when i went inside it didn't just all go great. i felt much safer in my room but really sad. i cried for hours even after the trip wore off. i cried until i fell asleep.

  i woke up the next day refreshed. emotionally worn out but very refreshed. i started cleaning my room, made a meal plan and started taking better care of myself. never got rid of that cig habit though. but hey fuck it, we're gunna die anyways lol


  Just posting this to share my experience, just seeing if anyone has had similiar trips like mine. Once I calmed down in my car i stared at my window and watched patterns. I said to myself "sometimes its good, sometimes its bad." talking about lsd like its an entity. i guess this is some wisdom i would like to pass onto you. sometimes trips are good, sometimes the trips are bad, but that shouldnt prevent you from tripping again. learn from your mistakes and recover.

Sounds like you learned some stuff from it, just know it can get much worse... and obviously much better :smile:.

Psychedelics have a way of bringing your flaws to the forefront, might be wise to stop the cigs before going deep again. If smoking's something that is bothering you deep down, it very well may become a recurring theme.

A little nicotine poisoning?

When I was a teenager friend of mine tried to smoke 20 cigarrettes at the same time as part of a bet, he was a smoker (and not a very shrewd bettor). Omg he fell sick for hours! Nicotine LD50 is surprisingly low. He could have died.

thats a good observation as well as wise words. cigs have been a reoccuring theme.
