There was a thread I posted in a long time ago. Something like 'when you left the christian faith' or related to that topic anyway.

I, very vaguely remember saying something about no longer believing the bible over having 'mystical experiences' with shrooms.

I can not find this thread so I'm posting it in a new thread to take back what I said entirely and apologize to anyone who might have been led astray by what I said.

Basically I probably would have said something about not believing in God or Jesus after seeing 'the light' after having so many psychedelic experiences.

Being much older, experienced and spiritually advanced now I'd like to correct my previous misconceptions. Magic mushrooms and other pharmakeia including marijuana and prescription drugs are a gateway to letting demons, devils or evil spirits have control over you're body and/or mind.

What do you think shaman's use psychedelic drugs for? Shamanism is using drugs/herbs in order to contact spirits. And the only spirits you can contact are evil spirits, demons, devils, aliens, etc. There are no good spirits you can contact with drugs or even without drugs. I've had enough messed up evil experiences on psychedelics to realize that at this point in my life. Pharmakeia gives demons access to control you're mind. I've seen my brother change voices and personality and become possessed on psychadelics.

There is no 'enlightenment' outside of the Word of God. Knowing Jesus is knowing the truth all other forms of enlightenment are new age and false teachings. I know this because I tried every single new age thing before searching for truth in the most obvious place - God's Word The Bible.

You'll for ever be unsatisfied and unfulfilled searching for truth in anything new age, witchcraft, magic, mysticism, etc and will never have true joy or happiness.

The only truth is Jesus and that is the only way to God and the Truth shall set you free.

Catholicism is a false religion worshiping icons, mother mary, the pope, etc. You do not have to belong to any religion or denomination to worship Christ.
