Got fed up with the mattress I was sleeping on and threw it in the dump a while back.

So I strung up a hammock and slept in that for a good eight months. Slept pretty soundly in that for a long while, it was a bit of an adjustment not being able to sleep on my front or sides the first few nights but you get over it quick.

Then ol hurricane Harvey swept through and flooded my home. I lost the eyebolts out of the walls I used for hanging when some of the people helping gut the house threw them away.

So then I started sleeping on an old Coleman cot. It started out really comfortable, but then the springs wore out on the frame and began sagging really badly after about five months. (It's built sort of like a trampoline is)

And currently I just use the foam pad off of that cot on the ground. Ground sleeping never bothered me, and I find it comfortable on my back. I haven't strung the hammock back up really out of just laziness. But I'm comfortable, and I never liked how much space traditional beds took up anyways!

I wish Deep Sleep to all you Shroomerites.

Im sleeping on my sealy posturepedirt-floor..Honestly though, since getting used to it, its the best sleep ive ever had. :eyeshake:
