You will want to keep an eye on your cultures at first, or put some test ones in it until you get the temp dialed in.
I've found mini fridges to be tricky,
I've had plates in one spot freeze and others fill up with condensation to the point they weren't usable.
Took a bit of fooling around until I found the right setting

Thanks man. I guess ill get hollowed center fruits from this temp 86-90f temp.
For agar isolation, im using some insulated box with ice to keep them at 68-75f.


Planning to buy stc-1000 + mini cooler for agar and grain colonization

Any suggestion for a 68-75f chamber?

This is my new 3L scalpel handle, 8.5 inches long. They also make a 4L which is basically the same, just different grip texture.



Picked up one eBay. Both the 3L and 4L are under $5 shipped.

EDIT
Here is a pic of it next to a normal 3 handle as well as a 7. This thing is rather comfortable to hold. I will have to grind the tip down slightly to get blades to fit all the way on. I had to do this with my normal 3 handle as well. They left nose just a bit long and the blade wont slide all the way back and pop down, easy fix.
