salvia and the gravitational pull

does anyone have any ideas why salvia gives some people that really strong gravitational pull? The last time I did it, I was sitting in a low lawn chair and I was totally pulled to the ground.

A lot of people also feel a strong pull to the left when standing, too. When I tried it, I felt a pull to the left when I was standing, and when I was sitting, I felt a pull that made it seem like I was almost melting into the chair. It could be anything really.

I'd be interested in knowing why as well.

A lot of people get it... 3/4ths of the people I've smoked it with have gotten it. I get it, too.

i get a strong pull..but it isnt nesesarily in the direction of gravity

I once felt as though there were large blocks extending into and out of my body, that were pushing me around in all sorts of ways. Weird.

People also feal really pulled down while stonned too, well at least i do. They probably do the same thing
just in different amounts. Evangeliontx said "inner ear = fucked", i don't really think that would be why
you feal pulled down though, becuase your inner ear is envolved with balance, and most people still have good
balance while high on salvia or weed.

Yeah exactly what I get. I think it plays around with the communication between your left/right hemispheres.

Everyone I know get a strong pull feeling too, mostly to the left.

People report being pulled out of the room they were smoking in, heading down the hall and stuff like that. They talk of being afraid that The Pull might pull you out of a window or something, the reason for a sitter.

I get the latticework of the universe being pulled around and twisted near my head. Sometimes it's up and to the left, sometimes it's in front of my nose and pulling my head back.

My back arches and I get the giggles. Oh and I also get a crazy adventure to another realm of possibility.

It's really hard to describe, when I did salvia I couldn't keep still, it was like a high I had never felt before and I felt like I was losing myself completely. So i walked around aimlessly not knowing what to do with myself.

But as for the pull feeling, yah I guess I could call it that. It seems like some sort of pressure or force that happens. I felt a lot of it in my face actually, like around my nose, but not the outside of my face, it seemed to be the bones inside my face. Definitly a wierd feeling, not very comfortable, but the experience was great and the physical feeling was manageable.

to breakthrough, I recommend paying down to smoke salvia and preparing to fall unconcious. You really do need to fall asleep smoking this stuff to experience a breakthrough. "losing myself completely" happens naturally and easily, without any apprehension because (when administered properly) I am in salvia space before I can rememeber ever having been me.

Yah I agree.. Infact I noticed that for some reason, it seems to happen on people's second try and if they are alone. My friend did it with me the same day and experienced the same thing. Then he did it alone a week later and had a complete break through. I havent done it since my first time because I havent had any. But next time I think it will happen.

Oh yah and I dont think you need to fall asleep while on salvia, infact, that just doesnt happen according to every report I have read.

i feel a pull as well, but it tends to be in every direction possible.

but thats not breaking through, which i have not yet done, but something tells me im close.

the most extreme pull i experienced was my first time when literally half my body became the ground beneath me. like i could physically see that it obviously wasnt but it fucking was man. everything was kind of lego-block like. people running on the side of me and shit. salvia is intense.

on subbreakthrough doses I get a strong pulling sensation, and oddly enough its always relative to the orientation of the real world (IE, right angles from the ground, wall, etc.)  Maybe the brain is battling to hold some semblance of balance, and compromises with the salvia, allowing an alien pull that comes from a different type of gravity, but still holding onto the planes in the room.  This all dissolves, however, when I have broken through.  I couldn't really distinguish a pull, unless you count my body being broken into multidimensional cubes and being wrapped around the wheel of all dimensions as a pull :rolleyes: :crazy2: :nut:

the pull is awesome, it feels like you're melting into the chair like someone said earlier. For me though, it feels like someone is actually pushing down on me, because I can feel pressure on my shoulder they feel real airy like they're not there. And if you try to stand, it won't do you any good, becuase you'll fall right back where you were even if you try to stop it.
