Maybe it depends on the circumstances. In some situations you may be quick to judge (by you i mean anyone). or maybe you are hot tempered. In that case, it be good to not be always predictable... given the circumstances . Some repeated behaviors may be a good thing. In a relationship, its probably a good thing to be somewhat consistent in who you are... cause else, maybe the other person cant connect with you. But change is inevitable, how we cope with it may be what makes or breaks a relationship.

PLaying wishy washy for the sake of being childish could land you out of a job, out of love, or anything in between.

How predictable you are maybe depends on the way we react to certain things. I think people just like to say it! My friends usually say this to me when i spill one of my crazy jabberings over a certain situation... which i find... humorous!

Being predictable... being predictable... boring? Hmm...

I don't think predictability is necessarily bad, boring, good, or whatever. Likewise, I don't think that it's antithesis is necessarily bad, exciting, good, or whatever. II think predictability can be an asset in some situations and a pain in the ass in others. It provides structure in some cases and rolled eyes in others.

I'd also like to point out that consistency is often confused as predictability.

BTW, I'm glad to back here... my internet has been down for 18 days!

What I dislike are people that are calculating and try to be unpredictable.

Now that I think about it, even unpredictable people are predictable in the sense that you can predict that they will be unpredictable.

It's like a chineese riddle for you!
