I put the phone on speaker and on my lap while talking to the police. They didnt ever tell me to hang up the phone. Once the cops made it obvious they were going to remove me from the house i didnt resist i followed their lead and did what they wanted. When i heard my mom say something i put the phone back to my ear and thats when he slapped the cuffs on me. After saying "fuck this" while we were walking down the steps to leave the property.

My mom heard everything and knows i was not being aggressive to anyone in that house and i left the living room and went into my room with the door closed. Thats when my aunt came into my room and told me to leave or she will call the cops and i told her i wasnt leaving thats when she called the cops. I did everything i could to get away from them. I had no where to go my sister lived an hour away i do not have a car myself and running around the trailer park from cops is the last thing i wanted so i waited for them because i was not breaking any laws or trespassing. I think i can beat this. This isnt the first time ive had cops violate my rights in the house i live in...
