Migraines/Cluster Migraines

I was recently diagnosed with cluster migraine, as well as standard migraine, and because of the headaches I end up with a heap of tension so I end up cycling from migraine to tension headache. My longest headache so far has been a little under two months. Most lasting a week or better, meaning I go to bed with it and wake up with it.
I have been reading since last year about people having relief from their migraines from dosing in mushrooms. I did use the search function and would like I get some fresh opinions. Also if I have posted in the wrong area please move this where it belongs, I wasn't sure.
I take medications for my headaches that somewhat works but sometimes not at all and I have to be careful how much I take it because when I stop it can give a rebound headache. I've also tried cannabis tincture. I can't take things like vicodin or percoset it makes me for real sick for days.
I would like to know if anyone here has actually had any real success, if you did how long did it last? Also how serious of a dose do you have to take? Also is there any type which works the best? Any advice from anyone who has had any success?
Thank you in advance.

Yeah if you're going to try to treat it with cannabis go for topical or edible. Smoke will make any headache worse.
Shrooms not only "releave stress and anxiety" they destroy migraines. They open pathways in the brain and increase blood flow. I've had migraines since an OD years back which caused me to pass out and smash my face into a counter. I never really found anything that did much for them other than the traditional "lay in a dark place and pretend to be dead" technique.
They have the highest (suggested) success rate of ANY migraines treatment. And they've worked every time for me, and lasts for months. I microdose and chill for a couple hours and then I'm migraine free for months.
Some people go longer, some shorter, some need higher doses and I'm sure some need less. So it may take a few times to figure out your gig.

I used to get really bad migraines that went on for days sometimes weeks which could had been a cluster headache but I never got it looked at. And I used to always have tension and pressure on my head almost like behind my eyes. I got roughly at least 1-2 migraines a month at the minimum but now I rarely even get one at all year long. Which of course you see where this is going because how I solved it was I got into mushrooms in lower doses and it has definitely turned my life around not only mentally but took away all that constant pain. Each person will be different but I've found the mushies have tremendously helped me out. No longer have pressure and since taking them I have what I can only describe is a weightless feeling and relief behind my eyes and in my brain. Hope that helps and gives you some more insight. Cheers brotha hope whatever you do you get some relief as I know it really sucks.

Thank you to everyone who has posted info, I appreciate it. Yeah these headaches are really ruining my life, I have had every test in the book and all that's offered is stuff that doesn't work.
So it is seeming to me that people are suggesting micro doses which I think I could handle. I have a very active panic attack problem so I'm worried about that aspect.
If anyone checks back in here would you let me know if you had to try multiple times, or if it worked noticeably soon after a single dose? I have headaches so bad sometimes all I can do it just pull on my hair and try to sleep but laying down on the headache feels bad too.
Right now I am going on day six of a headache and the longer it goes on the harder it is for me to tolerate. It has been over seven years of this and so I guess you could say I'm desperate for some sort of relief that doesn't cause other problems.
Anyone else feels like chiming in please feel free and thank you again to all who posted a reply.

I can't speak to migraines but cluster headaches I know only to well. I've suffered for years. I highly recommended any suffers spend some time at www.clusterbusters.org I'm beating the bastard right now with info garnered from there. The SPUT (small piece under the tounge) method breaks the individual head. And I've just taken my second cycle busting dose. The first was .35 gram of dried and tonight's was .41 gram. Neither produced any mind effects. In the past I'd done them solely for fun for I do know the difference.
