This led the researchers to strongly suggest its use in migraine sufferers who have never treated themselves with this herb before.3 Long term users often report beneficial side effects such as relief from depression, nausea and arthritic pain due to inflammation.

I've had chronic headaches ever since early childhood. I don't especially like perscription medications, and common pain relievers (Ibuprofin, Asprin, etc) no longer work, even after extended disuse (with the intention of lowering tolerance). I know it's not a tumor, and If the nasal spray that was forced on me doesn't work, then it isn't my sinuses.

I eat well, and am fairly active. I was hoping I could be supplied with ideas, information, remedies especially. I'm on a limited budget, but I can come across money sooner or later.

If you are looking into herbs... there is one in particular that has been used for thousands of years to effectively treat migraines, and I would hightly recommend that you look into it - Feverfew.

Acupuncture could also greatly help.
