They can screen for antibodies in blood work to test for celiac disease (I tested positive for it but am asymptomatic). I'd expect some Gastro intestinal discomfort if that were the problem though. Do you get sick often? Are any of the symptoms bursty or are they all pretty steady?

Lots of the symptoms match, but the cause is unknown and treatment options seem to suck pretty hard. Did the symptoms start after you got sick when you were 16?
