Garden Find in Jalisco, Mexico

I found these guys the other day growing under an aloe vera plant in my rooftop garden, here in Jalisco, Mexico. Anyone know what they are? Gracias!

Habitat:
Jalisco, Mexico. Found growing in shady area in basic soil with earthy bits in it such as small wood chips. Sub-tropical, mountainous region at 5,200 ft (1,600 m).

Gills:
Orange brown.

Stem:
1.5 inches long, hollow, thin.

Cap:
About 1-2 cm in diameter, orangey/brown, smooth.

Spore print color:
I took spore prints and they were a orangey-brown rusty kind of color.

Bruising:
Not did observe any bruising.
