Yet another Tyvek question

So, does the tyvek go on after you put in spores, or can you safely puncture it without risking outside contam?

puncture it, but wipe it with isoprohyll alcy and flame the syringe then wipe it with some also.

You can puncture it with a sterile syringe.

I cover the hole from the syringe with a small round band aid.
100 small round band aids for $4.00 is worth it to me...for added protection.
