An average footlong at subway is unhealthy as fuck

Buncha their stuff has trans fat, an average footlong with meat usually as more than the 2,300mg upper safe limit of sodium. Keep in mind that chart is all the 6-inch stuff

Apparently the bread has high fructose corn syrup in it too


I eat at subway all the time, although usually veggie stuff so not particularly unhealthy. But still, stuff's unhealthy as trash. Prolly gonna stop eating there so much

I worked at a subway 20 years ago. I never get a 12 inch hardly ever. I always get the same sand, one that I tweaked while working there. I might eat there a few times a year, maybe. I was really strung out on coke and speed at the time, and I have a story about that time, sheesh! :sad:

Jersey Mike's is better. I used to be all over jimmy John's till i discovered jersey Mike's. Both are miles above subway.

I worked there a couple years back. It was chill but I got tired of "give me those tomatoes, not those" and "give me more mayo...no more...Ill just tell you when to stop." Mofos ordering sandwiches with an ungodly amount of shit piled on and get mad when you cant close it and wrap it up properly without half the shit falling out. Subway has plenty of fat and stuck up folks. Im glad Im not a customer service person anymore.

I still go there for the tuna though! Fuckin all the tuna in my house goes to the cats :crazy2:

most of their shit has no trans fats and the suggested intake of sodium from the
FDA is 2300mg making their footlongs well under the average intake but right at
the limit

This guy would always ask me what is healthy to eat. One time he asked if subway was healthy. I told him no and he was like "how? Im getting veggies, protein, grains and dairy" he just didnt understand that restaurant chains like that use low quality ingredients. Most people dont they just make sure they have veggies and proteine and then dont think about it further.
