What temp do you use to initiate pinning of the B+ strain. Is there any cold shocking required? Thanks, and nice pics. :wink:

Snarf, just the temp drop from 85 incubation chamber to 72 degree grow room temp.
Violet, if your GC's are growing sparsely, I would suggest a thinner casing layer. I use 1/4 to 1/2" layer for casing. I also recomend using the course verm for this layer.
