Do you mean you don't recall ever having had dreams, or that you haven't had them of late?
Dreams aren't always remembered when waking up. You're probably having dreams, but not recalling having had any.

Dream herb is Calea something something. I'd recommend www.iamshaman.com for it. I ordered a 1/2 oz and they sent me a full oz instead. And it came a week after I ordered.

Do you smoke weed? When I smoked daily I never had vivid dreams and could never remember them.

I'm no psychologist, but I'm pretty sure everyone dreams. I do know, from discussing the subject with my peers, that many people hardly ever remember their dreams. If you can't remember them at all, it would make sense for you to believe they didn't happen.

You do dream, several times every night. Everyone does (even animals). The issue here is that you aren't remembering your dreams...which isn't such a hard thing to believe when you know that your long-term memory system is switched off during sleep periods. It takes a few minutes to come back on after you wake up, as well, so if you don't wake up DURING a dream and hold the dream in your head you aren't going to remember it.

If you really weren't dreaming at all, you would go quite insane within a matter of weeks :smirk:

trendal is right... EVERYONE dreams at least several times a night. Most of the time we just don't remember them. There are several things you can do to help..most of which has already been mentioned... the one thing I can suggest is if you ever remember even the slightest fragment of a dream.,.write it down.. start a dream journal and keep it by your bed so you can jot things down that you remember as soon as it happens. This will help you remember your dreams more easily in the long term.

Up until about a month ago I never remembered any of my dreams. After talking to Shroomism and getting some ideas from him I've been able to get to the point of remembering at least one dream per night!

It seems (to me) that you have to learn how to remember your dreams. The simple act of wanting to remember seems to be enough to get started, and after not too long you'll find yourself remembering everything about your dreams without having to try

The others gave good advice.

As soon as you wake up, try to remember what you dreamt. Don't move your body much or get out of bed because doing this makes your dream recall fade. You'd be suprised how much you can remember if you just lie there for a few minutes. When creating a dream journal, write down every conceivable detail you can. After doing this over time your dreams get very vivid.

Also, don't wake from an alarm. Generally, people wake naturally right after their last REM sleep period, in which most dreams occur.

Good luck.
