Paraquat pot was pretty nasty.
I remember it being the only game in town for a while 1 summer.:gc:

The worst thing for me was once my ecig mis read the resistance of my coil, which tripled the voltage. It felt like I inhaled a bonfire. It charred my lungs and I threw up. It was pretty nasty.

When I was a kid I took a piece of 2X4 and drill holes through it to make a pipe. I assumed it would make a wonderful pipe.

After like 2 hours of fucking around in the garage I finally finshed the thing and packed weed into it. For some fucked up reason I didn't think it would be hot enough for the 2x4 to let off smoke.

When I inhaled the first hit I thought I burned a hole through my lungs. I coughed for half an hour. I cried, I spit, i threw up. My eyes were red, my face was red, I must have hit a personal record in blood pressure that day. So I took another hit... Nah, I threw that right in the garbage. NEVER AGAIN

I used to smoke them regularly. I took a waste nothing approach to weed for a long time. Though that had more to do with my difficulty in regularly getting it. For a lot of years I didn't really have a dealer. Once my bag was gone it may be a week before I found someone to buy from or months. I learned how to process them down and make them less harsh through trial and error. If you grind up stems, you'll get 3 products, powder, wood and stringy curly fibers. The fibers are what contributed the most to the harshness. To go one step further you could even screen what was left over (shaking it through a really fine screen) and the powder and smaller chunks would make it through and the rest wouldn't. With enough of them you could get a bowl that was roughly equivalent to resin high.
