BUt COLD TURKEY is the only way... when I say only way, I mean you can use weed or beer to help.. but you MUST go cold turkey from the nicotine.

Exactly. Substituting one addiction for another doesn't solve anything. Attack the root of the problem, decide you don't want to be addicted anymore. Don't just toy with the idea, make a choice.

me and my best friend quit smoking together with a bet we both had one last cigarette and said whoever smokes again has to buy the other a game cube game. We've been quit for about 6 months err um well i lost the bet the other day do to some intense stress from school and other stuff but soon as things calm down around here no more cigarettes for me
