It was many years ago but I still remember how much it sucked

It was a big blue acrylic bong, I stuffed the bowl with tobacco from a Newport and ripped over half of it in one milky hit

Literally the moment I cleared it I started coughing my brains out and didn't stop for 10 minutes

It felt like my throat was full of ice cold sharp fragments of glass

Didn't intentionally smoke it but these heavy fog machine fumes that were parked backstage on a production I worked at always had my lungs feeling like complete ass if I got up too close.

first time I took a dab I had been already smoking and making and eating edibles all day, I got passed a big old glass rig and was too high to realize that it was a huge bowl full of wax, I thought it was just herb and so I took a huge rip and cleared the entire bowl and I think I might've died a little bit.


Once I was done coughing I literally sat down on the floor, next to the couch, stayed upright for about 5 minutes before I gave in and just laid down and passed out for a few hours, woke up on the couch at 5am still high. Turned me off of dabs for a while and now I'll only do them with a nectar collector once in a while.

kind of a reversal on this, I once smoked some sacred incense that a shaman friend of mine made for me. I went into it expecting it to be horrible as hell considering the ingredients list. which contained things like

Birch bark
pine nettles
bone marrow
oak root ash
bone of a deer killed by a wolf then rubbed with a crow feather.
etc.

I expected it to be harsh as hell, but it actually was quite smooth and almost minty/citrusy with a strong earthy flavor. really quite tasty mixed with a good tobacco.
