EZGRO Kit to Bulk

Using an EZGRO Kit. First flush is OK. A little disappointing (12 cubes). I harvested as the veils opened. Now I have some maturing pins growing out of the side of the manure cake a couple of pins that I think are aborts up top. The manure cake is in a cellophane bag with a filter patch. I had planned on doing a dunk type thing with it (fill bag for a few hours drain and reseal), but these pins are growing after a week of being dormant. I have also thought about removing this manure cake from the bag laying on it's side and casing with coir to increase my yield. Another thought I've had is to crumble the already fruited manure cake, add more pasteurized manure then case and grow in a pod. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Dunk the manure cake inside the same bag, drain completely, poke more holes all around the bag (1/2" or so), stuff with polyfill, make yourself a sandwhich, drink some beer, and forget about it for a week.
You should be pleasantly surprised with a nice flush when you check up on it again.
