Keep in mind that to be criminally culpable for negligence, a person has to act with "wanton disregard" of the risk of harm.  That means she would have to know that her actions placed the information at grave risk of being revealed.  Do you really think that Clinton has the first fucking clue about shit like that?


Yes, I do. She was aware that there had been attempts to hack into her server, and it had to be shut down for a brief period. So she was aware of risk.

Secondly, she instructed a member of her staff to email a classified document to her, but to remove the 'classified' title from it.

That sounds like gross negligence.

I should just say one last thing about the Clinton email server that I find interesting. She had classified information in her emails, and she let her lawyers go through all of them, which is essentially giving classified information to people who have no clearance.

She should have been indicted, clearly.
