Which is the healthier weight loss option? I'm asking for a friend. Also, by speed I mean amphetamine or adderol type stuff, not meth.

Try both at the same time. You might avoid a meth addiction that way because you will get skinny quicker.

Speed? Some people use tapeworms for allergies but they have to be managed or you could get really fucked up.

Couldn't tell ya buddy, but I know that adderal has no effect on my appetite, in fact it makes me chill out, and even eat more, maybe if your buddy is a not ADHD then the addies will work for them.

Might take a while for the tapeworm to get big enough so that you can notice the calories it's stealing from you, so that might not work as quickly as you need.

eat nothing but vegetables and drink nothing but water for one month. that should knock off some weight. it wouldn't hurt to do some light cardio everyday too.
