ID Request, Dunedin, New Zealand
    #23190877 -

Species 1:

Habitat:
Woodfilled grass.

Gills:
Pale brown. attached(unsure?), gills

Stem:
70mm long, 6mm diameter, brown at base, fading to whitish at top, hollow, thick, has a small bit of veil (is that the right term?) attached near top.

Cap:
45mm diameter, rusty brown in middle, fading to pale brown/white at edge, conical, convex

Spore print color:
The first one I did on tinfoil looks kind of dark, but comes out rusty brown when photo is taken using flash. I am doing another print on white card that looks initially dark brown, but will need longer to get a decent print.

Bruising:
Brown is only bruising I can see.

Update on spore print: http://i.imgur.com/8u7k9Z2.jpg

Seeing the two different ones side by side really demonstrates how rusty brown Species 1 spores are. Is it possibly Gallerina marginata? And I'm thinking species 2 might be Panaeolus sp.?

Second species looks like Psathyrella, and I'm thinking that's a possible suggestion for the first one as well.
I don't know NZ mushrooms very well.

Your prints are quite weak, that's why the first one shows its "true" color - black - when wiping the surface.

I'm too impatient to leave them to sit for long, but I'll do so with these ones.

I always leave mine overnight, covered up to keep moisture.

Please also bring your camera when hunting, in situ shots are more often than not essential for identification.
