Makes perfect sense to me that dairy is horrible for you. Hormones cross the BBB (blood brain barrier), meaning that it's going to be present in the highest concentration in milk.

Even if you use "organic" milk from cows that were not given hormones, hormones still cross over into milk since cows are typically kept pregnant in order to be continuously lactating.

Since moving out of California, I've been consuming a lot more dairy than normal, lately sometimes daily. I only recently cut back, because one thing that I've noticed is that eating dairy has caused me to have decreased sex drive, and I also feel a lot more irritable and have more of a temper than usual.

you mentioned in another post you use/used steroids and I think you may be a polydrug user?

That could have something to do with it, are you sure you did not control for that? I mean moving to cali implies you do more drugs

I used steroids years ago (back in 2013), I have been sober and only taking kratom for a month though so that might be causing my irritability. Usually when I'm off opiates I have an increased sex drive though, no idea what's causing this.

By moving to Cali, I was implying that people in California tend to eat healthier, more greens, vegan, etc. The city where I'm living now has a much higher rate of drug use than where I was living in California.

I've been eating a LOT of dairy these past few weeks... goat's cheese and manchego cheese are some of my favorites, one time I spent almost $50 on cheese in a day. Plus I also eat plain tart yogurt for the probiotics. Cottage cheese as a cheap snacking food. Cheesecake and panna cotta desserts. Just WAY more dairy than I normally consume.

okay thats a shitton of dairy. Imma try and cut it out and see what happens. I sort of believe your theory then

The other thing that dairy causes for me, is acne. I always break out in my face, and sometimes even my back, when I eat too much dairy. This just tells me it's bona-fide hormones.

I mean, it's actually been proven that trenbolone is one of the steroids used on cattle, and tren is one of the steroids that's excreted in breast milk. (Tren is probably the most dangerous steroid out there, there are roided out monsters who refuse to touch tren simply because there's soooo many dangerous side-effects to it).

For a bunch of health junkies you guy's can't decipher a man's muscular system. That hand is the hand he's using to lean on the car with. Therefor, his left body is more tense and tight to transfer the weight probably. His right side is relaxed in comparison, thus the size discrepancy.

Steroids as a way to gain muscle are a joke. Anyway who uses them constantly is also weak minded.

The best steroid exists within. Fuck yall synthetic junkies.

Just eat meat if you want more T.

You need, you say they use this steroid on cows, but all the milk I see even the cheap stuff says 'hormone free'
I don't know
I know estrogen is terrible and too much gives people of both sexes cancer
Would like to know more about this

You need to understand that those labels usually mean absolutely nothing. The nutrition label and ingredient list is the only part of the box that's even regulated by the FDA.

Kind of like how even unrefridgerated juice kept at room-temperature will always say "100% juice" on the bottle, even when it clearly isn't, and is so obviously made from concentrate and preservatives. The FDA does not require special labels for milk produce from cows treated with any growth hormones.

It sucks just how much of our food sold to us is a fucking lie. I can't even buy groceries anymore without even questioning the "organic" label on it, because the truth is there's really no regulation oversight about this sort of thing. Apparently it only means something if it says 100% USDA organic, and even then, it's still not completely 100% organic.

The biggest lies sold to us are the "Angus beef" and "Kobe beef" labels. Apparently almost all "Kobe beef" sold in the USA is not even real Kobe beef. And whenever companies use the label "Black Angus," they are merely doing that to surcharge the price. Technically almost ALL beef sold in the USA IS Angus beef. Even McDonald's uses Angus beef.

All cow milk contains IGF hormone(insulin growth factor), and is naturally occurring even in organic milk. It's good for baby cows and also can feed existing cancers.

So, dont drink milk if you have cancer. I'm pretty sure IGF1 helps put on mass though
