well the human body lacks many of the enzymes that are needed to digest milk by a certain age. Chinese medicine so I understand it does not even call dairy or milk stuff a food fit for consumption at all. So that should give you an idea.
But in India, many doctors consider milk to be one of the best foods ever. Keep in mind that indians have been drinking milk in large amounts for centuries. Chinese never really drank much milk. Over time, chinese did not really develop lactose enzymes

For me, if I drink milk i get sick. My stomach feels fucked up. And I can't eat much meat either. Because I am lactose intolerant and my ancestors never ate meat for generations. So your stomach enzymes may be diff based on culture/ancestors

Cheese is better than sex sometimes.
Get raw milk cheese and go forth and profit
It's mostly illegal in the US though unless you are getting from the farmer.. so you gotta go underground or to Europe to get the good shit.

ya I am lactose intolerant and cant digest milk. but kefir, yogurt and raw cheeses from high quality sources are yummy and digest well. I would say try it out. Butter too

milk on the other hand, no matter how good, burns a hole in my stomach

I gotta wonder have you tried raw milk.. from healthy.. grass fed cows?
All the lactose intolerant people I know (including myself to some degree) are fine with raw milk. Even my chick.. who is Japanese and can't drink "normal" milk.. can drink it fine.

Naw. I don't have that at my local whole foods. once I get a car I am going to get tons of local milks/fish/meats. but all I have access to is one small whole foods and a safeway. I am a college student

I will be sure to tho. I am a person who takes interest and pride in food and food quality so I think i should at least try it once

Second for raw milk. I drink a gallon a week, feel like Thor.

The farm fresh meat and eggs aren't bad either.

Coffee is also a great purger as well as wine.

Makes perfect sense to me that dairy is horrible for you. Hormones cross the BBB (blood brain barrier), meaning that it's going to be present in the highest concentration in milk.

Even if you use "organic" milk from cows that were not given hormones, hormones still cross over into milk since cows are typically kept pregnant in order to be continuously lactating.

Since moving out of California, I've been consuming a lot more dairy than normal, lately sometimes daily. I only recently cut back, because one thing that I've noticed is that eating dairy has caused me to have decreased sex drive, and I also feel a lot more irritable and have more of a temper than usual.

A few years ago I was having a bad time with digestion and ended up basically rebooting my system by drinking raw goat milk every day all day. Also there are lots of raw organic cheeses available in America. I'm Dutch, English, Irish, Scottish, Norwegian, and German so I do really good with dairy. Whole grains fuck me up and too many fruits/veggies at a time. Sourdough is god and all nightshades are toxic.

you mentioned in another post you use/used steroids and I think you may be a polydrug user?

That could have something to do with it, are you sure you did not control for that? I mean moving to cali implies you do more drugs

I used steroids years ago (back in 2013), I have been sober and only taking kratom for a month though so that might be causing my irritability. Usually when I'm off opiates I have an increased sex drive though, no idea what's causing this.

By moving to Cali, I was implying that people in California tend to eat healthier, more greens, vegan, etc. The city where I'm living now has a much higher rate of drug use than where I was living in California.

I've been eating a LOT of dairy these past few weeks... goat's cheese and manchego cheese are some of my favorites, one time I spent almost $50 on cheese in a day. Plus I also eat plain tart yogurt for the probiotics. Cottage cheese as a cheap snacking food. Cheesecake and panna cotta desserts. Just WAY more dairy than I normally consume.

I thought you were a girl
Why would a girl take testosterone, aside from transitioning?

I pretty much cut dairy out of my diet besides for occasional pancakes or yogurt. Most of what I've read on dairy seems to point wt it not being healthy to eat. Also those Got Milk campaigns from back in the day seem to have died down. I remember when milk was touted as being healthy, maybe when you're young it is?  But I haven't had a glass of milk in a long time.
