I wonder if anyone has used yogurt as an anal lubricant.

I personally don't know but I image it's great. It's texture is very much like 2% milk and back when I used to eat cereal things like Almond Milk, Soy Milk, Hazelnut milk, or even Hemp Milk were either too thick or had too much of their own signature or both. This stuff seems pretty mild and with a good texture.

I'm not sure. They add a lot of vitamins and they seem like pretty nice percentages for each one. Look at the nutrition labels on the link I posted. The one thing that it lacks is protein but what do expect from something that isn't an animal product? Soy protein is not so good (not bad but not good) which is one of the reasons I keep away from soy milk most of the time and for some reason hemp protein doesn't work really feel the same as actual animal protein. I don't know if you believe me or not that I can "feel" different proteins but at least I think I can somewhat judge from my general well being after eating most things. Even different types of animals.  :pimpin:

EDIT: ^^ I compared nutrition labels and it's lower in a few areas, higher in a few more, and about equal with the others. If you don't want milk you probably won't miss much given that your diet is adequate in other ways.
