Okay, so here's what I wanna do...
I'll have internet Explorer or whatever open, and I'll go to open a link, or a new window...and the new window is always almost minimized...how do iu change this? in the registry?

almost always minimized? you mean like down in the taskbar, or just really small?

I don't have time to research this, but my first try would be to open IE, size and position it as you want it to appear, and then do a file close. Reopen IE and see if it holds you changes or not. Also, change your home page to blank while testing to ensure that nothing on your default web page is messing with IE (via javascript, etc)

oh ok I misread that.... its always almost minimized, not almost always minimozed lol

Yes listen to the Seussman, he knows what he's talking about.

Open IE, avoid full-screen mode, then size it how you'd wish. Then close the window, and re-open IE - if its the same size you just put it as, then you're golden  If its not, then yeah the page you're visiting must be resizing IE or something

you also might wanna check out spybot software i think its at www.spybot.com (hmm lemmie check.... NOPE! its at http://safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download )

You may have some evil software on there that's messing with your system - hopefully spybot can pimp-slap that for you

Open IE, then open a new window. Resize that window by dragging the edges until it's the size you want. Close the first window. Then close the second window by clicking File, Close. IE should now remember this new window size.
