anyone an "XP" cookie and cleaner expert
there is a file with the cookies called the index that is somehow linked to the system file and because it is shared it wont let you delete cookies>

has Bill Gates' government pressure created a "backdoor" in the software?

you could aso just add something to your autoexec.bat file, saying like "del c:\Documents and Settings\Name\Cookies\index.dat" so everytime you boot up it will delete it.
