Stealing from buffets

I would never typically steal from a buffet/ayce type restaurant, but it recently came to my attention that fogo de chao has an all you can eat meat special.

By stealing i mean bringing tupperwear or bags and taking it on the low. Im considering trying to figure out a way to take some stuff to go.

Have you guys ever stolen from buffets or the like?

stop stealing things, these restaurants are nice enough to let you eat as much as you can while you're there, don't take advantage of people it's trashy

Yea thats kind of he dilemma im having. But $50 for a bunch of meat is kind of pricey to start with, i dont know

You should just get hella skilled at bin raiding/dumpster diving/skipping. Alternatively, wholesale meat and freeze it. I don't know if this place is a gigantic evil chain or a family business or what, but you'd be a lot better just doing either of the things I suggested.

Personally, when I steal from buffets I just go in with a dog concealed about my person, feed tons of food to the dog then feast on its shit when I get home.

I mean to me its not really a matter of being cheap. I dont mind paying the 200 or whatever the dinner will cost. I dont need to switch labels on meat.

Im just saying that i wont really be able to eat 50 worth of meat. I would want my moneys worth.

The best way is get your gf to bring old purse you have lined with plastic. Trying to conceal a plastic bag full under your jacket is kind of hard. It says all you can eat, not all you can eat while on the premise. I bet its not even a crime.

my dad told me a story today about his mother visiting old country buffet so often that the staff would let her arrive in the morning, sleep on a booth until lunch to eat again, and occasionally eating dinner as well; thus.... spending a whole dam day at a buffet to save the 11 dollars. she would line her purse with plastic and fill the dam thing to the top.

i dont go out to eat with her.

You guys should have gone to college with me. The macdonalds has a ketchup pump so fuck ever buying ketchup. 7-11 has a chili machine and you can buy 1 dollar wedges and pump as much chili into the discrete container you brought in as possible. Also buy one coffee take 100 sugar packages. Draft beer at bars is pricey so I usually I take the pint glass too. My place is full of restaurant plates and cutlery and A&W mugs.

Not a crime, but you can get banned from the restauraunt. I.ve done this once at the KFC buffet before OP, I just brought in a Ziploc bag and put the bag in my jacket. if its a place you go to often probably don't, because 1/ you can get banned, or at least publicly shamed lol. 2/ its kind of shitty to do that to a place where the workers know you.

For morality purposes, I personally would only do this at a chain that's already rolling in money because losing 40$ in food isn't going to matter to them. the executives probably spend 40$ on their morning coffee.

OKAY... just saying, don't steal the expensive silverware/cutlery, I work as a waiter and at both places Ive worked then the server had to pay for the lost items that were valuable, such as crab crackers, shotglasses, etc. when I had people that stole that shit it was fucking annoying and we talked major shit about them in the back the next time they came in and Id purposely give them really bad service on purpose because people like that barely ever left a tip anyways. think about the servers that have to pay for the shit your stealing.

Don't think the employees don't notice your stealing that stuff. THEY DO. And there's a good chance that if they've wver had to pay for the stuff your stealing, your getting your food and drink spit in.

get some sleep mang;) you need your rest.. but i get where your coming from.. i suppose i feel its only right to steal from large corporations. if your boss made YOU pay for items that are stolen id have a serious bitch fit, and end up either:

A-not having to pay for shit.
B-quitting

or

C- getting fired lol.

then again, im an all or nothing type of person. taking shit from bosses is not a strong suit of mine. people who have authority tend to abuse it.
