i would suggest waiting till spring to get them. they dont like the cold that much.

i perfer mesa gardens because they send them already rooted and that really helps them along. they do cost alittle more and r a lil shorter.

I respectfully disagree. As long as you give pereskiopsis cuttings plenty of light and water, they will root within days. You will see new growth within two weeks.

Over the summer I planted a bunch of pereskiopsis cuttings and rooted specimens and by the end of the first month, the fastest growing plants were the larger ones, regardless of whether they had roots when I planted them or not.

Bob Smoley tossed in a few extra cuttings with my order. One probably had mealy bug eggs, but I easily got rid of the bugs with alcohol.

I would wait till it gets a little warmer. Pereskiopsis can endure a lot abuse, but killing it is a possibility.
