ID Request: unique slime, endophyte, tiny red brains, and several gilled fungi,
    #22570747 -

Habitat: Pacific northwest, recent freeze and cold temperatures. In a mixed forest right next to a beach. Those of you who have seen my other recent ID requests will be happy to see I used my nice camera this time :yesnod:

As always, the help of you trusted identifiers is greatly appreciated :bow2:

1) Red guy

This last picture is the log the red guys were found on, just in case you can tell what it is.

2) Suspected Endophyte. Thats not based on much though. I see them often, I think on birch trees

3) forest pan? found on wood i believe. gregarious

4) Found on logs, gregarious

5) Crust on log gregarious

6) Found on wood debri. gregarious

7) Small white guys. Terrestrial or wood inhabiting, hard to say. scattered

8) Yet another brown log inhabitor

9) Solitary on stump

10) Gregarious, inky spores. Found fruiting from leaf debris on forest floor

11) Fruiting in small scattered group on forest floor next to trail

12) Possible slime mold, appears to eat lichen. I smushed multiple specimens between my fingers and smelled them to confirm that it is absolutely NOT tree sap. I have seen a similar/identical slime in the past also on lichen.

I have more pictures of the slime but I just hit my weekly upload limit  thats the downside of using a nice camera I suppose. I should really just get a supporter account.

#1 looks like a jelly fungus, perhaps Ascotremella sp.

#3 possibly a Psathyrella sp. - spore print color?

#4 looks a bit like a Kuehneromyces or Pholiota sp.

#6 me thinks Psathyrella sp., again - spore print?

#7 Mycena sp.

#10 Coprinopsis atramentaria is likely.
