Brewing your own is insanely easy, and you can make whatever type of beer you want. In BC you can get a beer kit for around $35 and it will make 23 litres or so. You'll also need around $50 in equipment but it's obviously a one time cost. Better than most of the crap in the liquor store too.

Distilling is also an excellent hobby. Where I live it costs ~$25 for 750mL of 40% (of really shitty quality alcohol). I can make a litre of 80% for around $3 of ingredients.

I drink PBR because I don't have much money. If I had my way I'd be drinking something like steam whistle, moosehead, MGD, or whatever. I drink like 8-10 beers when I drink so it just doesn't make sense to drink craft. Although, they are stronger so i guess theres that.

I just wanna say, i was coming down pretty hard when I made this thread and was being a bit of a baby. I don't really think craft beer makes you a fag, I just think a lot of fags drink craft beer and brag about it without even liking it; just to look cool.
