These Dreams

Darkness on the edge
Shadows where I stand

On a watch with no hands

crap, i thought this was a thread to talk about our dreams.

ill do that anyway. a few nights ago i had a dream in which i was a 10 year old girl, and it was my birthday. this day i was very unhappy and decided i was not pretty enough. so i looked into the mirror very closely at my flaws, and discovered that both of my eyeballs now had 2 pupils in them. i woke up disheveled, to say the least.

If you need two pupils in each eye to locate your flaws, that means you are looking hard for that which is not there. Easy interpretation.

I had a dream a few nights ago. It was of myself, the night before, and suddenly waking up in November, 2004. I woke up next to my dad (who I don't like at all) and I had an overwhelming feeling of needing to catch back up with schoolwork.

It is easily interpretable though.

I love to dream, except that sometimes dreaming is exhilarating and exhausting at the same time.

I know we have talked about lucid dreams on this forum, but they're such a trip. It's like being awake and asleep at the same time.

Also, sometimes dreams take on reality in the sense of future events.

I like to go to bed and not dream at all. But then, I like to go to bed and dream, because you never know what's going to happen. What answers you'll receive, what visions.

One time I dreamt that my Mom and I were flying in the air. Up and up we went, faster and faster! Then, in a flash we were sitting on the side of her bed smoking a cigarette.

What does it mean?

You and your mom must have shared a lot of good times together, or been really close. I never have dreams where im flying with my mom and sitting next to her and smoking a cigarette. Hey hey now, not THAT close, ... *starts to step back* LOL, jk.

Thats strange you put that dream thing up. I had a another dream a few months ago, i dont know if i posted it or not. BUt i remember i walked into this forest, it was misty like, cold and darkish... Zombies were around. And you were wearing the gandalf cloak and staff, and i said something to you and you darted to the forest. I ran after and i crossed this portal like crossing and there were these dead people there reaching out to grab me and keep me there, but i crossed the gateway, and there you were laying on the ground with your staff. SOmething happened and you got up and were on the other side again for some reason, and then i had to try really f***in hard to not get pulled down by those dead faces. I made it though.

Yes, I think you mentioned that dream before. And there are personal meanings to me that are clear parallels to specific events in my life that are occurring right now.

ive got a dream that i need interpreted. it started out my friend and i were chosen to watch over an elderly man's house while he was on vacation, and the entire time my friend and i dropped acid. this dream is particularly odd because i have never done acid (i want to, though), and neither has my friend (but he doesn't want to try it). what the fudge could it mean?

I had this dream. Where I could do anything I wanted. when I ran fast it was effortsless like a trance. Like zero G. I could take super human jumps and leaps.
Sort of like the matrix. I could jump building to building. It was magic.

It means that every time you are on the path to discovery, you find some reason to quit. Here you were in an amazing situation, and you called time out for a cigarette. FLUSH THE PACK AND GET ON WITH IT!
