You probably have a gut dysbiosis.

Less carbs and processed foods.

More meat, fats, and veggies.
Probiotics and living fermented foods like yogurt and sauerkraut.
No sugary drinks or candy.
No fast foods.
Eat garlic, turmeric, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
Eat lots of cannabis, if you can.

You might want to put some gloves on and touch it too. Check it's texture to see if it's fatty or slimy or whatever. All info is good info.
