Would this work on San Pedro?

My friend has read some methods and is buying a foot long piece of San Pedro cactus. He wants to know if the preperation method hes been thinking about trying would work. Hes going to thuroughly blend up the cactus very well and drain all of it and any access liquid out of the remianing pulp into a pot and boil it at a medium temp. Hes then going to fill up an ice tray with the liquid and freez it. After it's frozen hes going to use the ice cubes to make watermellon san pedro snow cones. He figures this will taste alot better then the last time he had raw pedro.. Yet he wants to know if this will actualy work? Please let me know on any info you guys have, thanks in advance.

Hey people abit off toopic soz. my T. Pachanoi is coming soon, and as we have a good juicer which will juice the pedro, and leave pulp. Am I supposed to also boil the juice that was juiced out? or just boil the pulp left (with water), and keep draining the juices out of that?
thanks

Guys, do a search in this and other drugs discussion. This topic has about 1,000 threads now and all the info is there. Ekstaza talks about doing an alcohol extraction which you evaporate, and somewhere else is a boiling method which drastically reduced the amount of junk you have to eat. I don't mind the flavor when blended as a smoothy with frozen berries and sugar. It's hard to drink enough though. There most likely are the three best ways. Yes, you could boil down your Pedro and freeze it and make snow cones. You still need an extraction method to get the actives into the liquid from the pulp. So do a site search. Check it out, and happy cam ping.
