I took acid like 2-3 times a week for a while last year and was kinda twitchy after but a few months of abstinence and it's gone away.

I know that nitrous depletes vitamin B12 though so maybe u just need vitamin B12


Either way muscle twitches like that aren't too bad, like, they are what they are and usually don't mean anything greater. Everyone gets them from time to time

eye muscle twitching is the most common form of muscle twitch actually

more than 9 out of 10 times it's benign

3 cases in 6 months :lol: I use to do 3 cases a night of 50. I'm on a long break from nitrous though anyways could be the nitrous could not. I get eyelid twitches from drinking alcohol sometimes

definitely supplement B12.  Get the sublingual liquid. 

Nitrous is a beast.  Try to keep your binges to once or twice a month at most.

INHALE BREATHS BETWEEN HUFFS.  It's even safer if you open your mouth wide and breathe in the gas and some air together.

Try not to chase the black-out/fishout.  It seems to be caused by low blood oxygen- essentially you suffocate for a second.  Don't breathe in and out of the balloon.  Just inhale, hold for about 4 or 5 seconds, exhale, breathe in air, exhale, inhale nos.

I had a twitch once when I was using lots of nitrous.  It was more of a tick, like something was pushing my shoulder.

The next time I binged on nitrous I had an odd deja vu experience that associted to the tick.  After that it stopped.

I prefer to put a blind fold on when I get into the nitrous.  Eyes closed, blind fold, lights off, on psychedelics.  Thats the only way.
