PF Tek - Experienced people

I was curious about two things:

First, when using the PF tek, what was your contamination rate when you first started?

Secondly, what do people usually yield on one cake?

My very first time ever...I had 1 out of 12 jars contaminate. Every other time I did PF tek, I had 100% sucess rate.

1 cake can yeild anywhere from 1 dry gram to 7 dry grams on average. :wink:

first time i had 1 contaminated cake and only 1 because i decided to start extremely small. seeing as how i didnt have a pressure cooker i was forced to steam boil. ever since buying my pressure cooker ive had no contams.
