No i agree with you there, but I feel like the coughing fit clears out all the nasty shit thats in my lungs. I'm talking like after switching from bud to oil for a good amount of time my lungs start to feel better. idk maybe im way off base. Either way Im sticking to my oil :laugh:

It's ridiculous that smoking plant matter is worse for you than highly concentrated vapor?  Yes, that makes sense.

Day 5 of quitting smoking.

The plant material of weed gets turned into, among many other bad things, fine particulate dust and carbon monoxide.  Those are a clear added health risk to smoking the resin contained in the plant materials.

Thus, if you isolate the resin and smoke that, the smoke may be more irritant but it contains far less carbon monoxide and fine particulate dust.

Therefore, on pure reductionist logic, smoking resin is healthier than smoking weed because it removes a large amount of material that is inert for the high but toxic on combustion.

TRUE FACT BHO seizures are real!  Yes Echro BHO cannabis concentrate does cause seizures.  Been there, seen it many times.  It doesn't necessarily happen right after you smoke.  It can even be an hour or more later.  When shatter is prepared right (in a professional extractor) as far as I can see there has been no adverse reactions from any of my pals.  I repeat done right with a pro extractor not a Moonshiner HillBilly's DIY BHO RIG. Thank God we have some very reputable dispensaries that we score from and they test everything that they accept before it becomes a sellable product.  "No BHO is accepted"  We've quit smoking flowers as our shatter is extracted from full nug runs.  The flowers are processed into the shater and we are getting 98% THC.  BHO can be a KILLER.  The moonshiners DIY growers/BHO shatter extractors are going to screw up this  industry as soon as someone drives a car off a cliff after hitting on some butane laced GARBAGE.  If you want to play ball as a supplier "Do the right thing" stop polluting our LUNGS & KILLING BRAIN CELLS.  If you haven't ever seen this live and in living color then you're very lucky.  A pal of mine went into seizure when he fell on the ground his ear bud went through his ear drum ... blood everywhere.  Laying in the street in a full blown - "beached fish" seizure that lasted for 5 minutes which felt like 5 hours.  It brought all of us down real quick.  You don't want to experience this, it's real traumatic and leaves an impression in your head that sticks with you.  And for those of you who don't believe this try smoking your "BHO" shatter like a RASTA.  After a few real hits you'll find yourself OUT-COLD on the floor .. be sure and wear a helmet so you can get up and do it again and not crack your skull open.  Everyone else, be safe, don't stop, just be safe & check out what you are smoking if it's GARBAGE BHO Jus' say NO.
