OP if you have the one guys info and are that scared, and the cops arent doing anything, why dont you go fuck with his shit? pour some sugar in some gas tanks, or something that will at least get them back for totaling your truck. i wouldnt go the violent route but i would go the vandalism route for sure.....if you see his bike draw a big pink penis in spray paint on it or something...idk get creative
