MushMush growkit in a terrarium?

Has anyone had experience growing the MushMush Instant-growkit lid opened in a terrarium?
The guide says it might contaminate if the lid is opened before fruiting is done, but if the mycelium network is fully colonized, isn't it more resistant to contamination?
The kit is supposed to grow fruitbodies inside the jar, but there's only about 20% free space in there, so i think it would yeild more in a terrarium.

u can do it...
just be VERY clean when transfer the myc. to the terrarium.

Oh yeah forgot. Since the mycelium is growing in birdseed, can it be eaten too safely? :smile:

u must fruit the myc. to get the right amount ot psiloc. in the mush.

Yes i know. but when it's done and mushrooms are ready. Doesn't the mycelium contain active ingredients also?

not enough to make u trip....
u should eat like 2 or more cakes for a decent trip..
when ur cakes r done u can make a shake with cranberries juice and a little of vit c. ....

I remember seeing a tek on making the cakes into something you could drink, but I can't find that now. I did find a differnt one though, so this might help ya get a better idea of what to do.
