You can buy a tiny room heater at Wal-Mart for like $15.

Also check out aquarium heaters, also $15, you can think of creative ways to use warm water at a constant temp to keep your environment at a constant temp.

Are you refering to room temp for a fruiting chamber or temp for a colonizing jar? Jars, look into the use of a computer monitor wiht a constant changing screensaver, this will generate alot of heat and you can place your jars upon it with a median of a sweatshirt or something, or maybe a cable box or upon a t.v. If it's a fruiting chamber then total room temp change may be necessary. Space heater ect.

watch out for it being too hot, I think most computer monitors are much hotter than 85 degrees. If your jars get above like 95 degrees you're fucked, all spores will just die. This happened to me twice.
